7:09 Does anyone know what that blue flour looking stuff is? The only thing that I can think of to get that color is butterfly pea, but I've only seen it as whole flowers and not ground into a powder.

Georgian Food and Wine is incredible. There is a Georgian place in Bishkek that is phenomenal and they make their own wine as well.

Ebbers is there anyway you can share the amounts of each spice for the Khumeli Suneli? I have looked online and they were missing some of the spices you had in your mix. Thanks for sharing foods/spices from different parts of the world WITH the world!
