Please listen, if you have the fresh herbs washed and cut and ready to go and all of the ingredients lined up, that timing might be realistic… but I think most people will need to go through the process of cleaning and preparing the herbs first… and so for most, I think, this is NOT a 10-minute dish. I think this looks delicious but this isn't something I'm going to try on a weeknight typically. I have watched a lot of your videos and shows, and I do appreciate and enjoy them! It looks beautiful but, this feeds one – lovely if I were single but, for more than one, not so much. I would like to see the recipe broken down in the description for the recipes you share so I can better estimate the proportions. I will be trying this recipe regardless – either this weekend or UGH.. next week 🙂 Thank you for sharing! 🙂

I don't have a doubt about that cauliflower being delicious, specially being cooked by Gordon himself… But I don't see in any way, shape or form how this would be equivalent to a meat steak. Poor vegetarians / vegans, the things the have to come up with!

Salsa verde has tomates verdes and chili.
It is frustrating to see white men just changing recipes from other cultures and appropriating them to whatever they want. He tried to make chimichurri instead of salsa verde.
