Cuts the taxes from low income? Taxes the big corporate company and top high income?

Do we really care? Lost in the noise is the elephant in the room. We have debts from Covid. The handouts to ease the cosy of living continue. We have welcomed 300,000 refugees and asylum seekers, not all paying their way yet. Then is the spectre of the illegals. None of these are the elephant by the way. The damage to our economy from nationalisation in the 60s and 70s is permanent . Then add the damage done by Blair/Brown even before the crash. The good work done by the Tories has been undone by Covid. Starmer and his brown shirts can promise the earth to win votes, but our economy is history.

Of the last 8 recessions the Tory Party were in charge for 7 of them.

Considering that private pensions are supposed to be a long term plan by people so as not to be a burden on the state surely this has to be an area that both sides agree on to stop it being a political football. MP's and Ministers have a gold plated scheme which the majority of the great unwashed can only dream of and there was a great scheme in place before Gordon Brown raided and destroyed it so surely this area needs to have cross party agreement over and above envy politics especially as Labour politicians also enjoy this gold plated largesse paid for by us over clobbered normal people.

Jeremy Hunt was talking about boot camps to get the over 50s back to work, while giving the very richest a tax break to work longer… it's the rich getting a carrot, while the poor get a stick.

Why should GPs get even more special treatment? I thought we were past deifying the NHS.

Would have been better if Cunt had removed VAT off energies & cut the general VAT of 20% down to 15%. That would have benefited 100% & NOT just the 1% who have wealthy pension pots!

Even in the midst of deep unpopularity the Tories cannot resist handing out massive tax cuts to the wealthiest group of pensioners.
    Shameless.

The main beneficiaries will be the civil service.

Tax giveaway to the 1% whilst people stay transfixed on Lineker and Markle.

More tax reliefs for the richest 3%.
    Very Tory.

I feel so sorry for those poor underpaid doctors having to retire early because they've gone and hit a million quid in their pension pot.

Watch as Will Kensington expresses concern about the state of the UK, arguing that Downing Street is no longer a place of power but has instead become Britain’s most expensive Airbnb.

This comes as Andy Burnham is set to become the UK’s seventh Prime in a decade, with seemingly no one challenging the “King of the North” for the country’s top job.
