I like a 1/3rd each of cream to canned milk to whole milk but mostly whole milk for good taste and texture in cooking
Just thinking of grandma cooking and I'd crunch on apple slices, etc shed also make cut up fruit in canned milk for breakfast for me kind of alot 😋
I like to add a little lemon juice to mashed potatoes, cooking potatoes in chicken broth good too
That one looked like gourmet sloppy Joe's

You can find Panchetta at any italian market place. It's good to eat raw cause it's cured. To bad for me I can't eat any shell fish.

your french toast is too brown. also you can add in cinnamon, nutmeg (or mace) and a touch of all spice. and no oil. it turns toxic at temps over 140 deg F. and too much sugar. what's with all the sugar? diabetes anyone? my mom made apple pancakes. skip the extra steps. and watch the sugar. use stevia instead. otherwise good job.
