Is it dishwasher safe? And do you have to clean the main pot 10 times per recipe?

I'm impressed! Heck, I'm gobsmacked!!! All I really need to know how to do is washing the machine. Expensive, but you don't need a blender, mixer, rice cooker, ice cream maker, a food processor, or a large selection of pots and pans.

This is not the garget for me, but I can see it be an immense assistance for disabled people! So I hope the price would be more affordable for the minority group who truly need it!

    I am getting one

2 years on from this upload, I've just looked on the website and the basic bundle is now £1010 while the premium, which comes with a few extra gadgets, is £1072.
As clever as this is, I'm not sure I would be able to justify spending that much on it. I don't think I would use it enough to warrant the purchase.
In addition, it is not a small piece of kit and I would struggle to find room for it in my tiny kitchen.

I purchased the Omnicook robot on the Europe Tokit website, but it didn't arrive after more than a month.
I have a tracking of a shipment stopped on September 4th without updates.
They don't respond to emails, terrible service.🤔

Am i the only one to notice they blended the soup in a vessel they just minced raw eggs and beef in. I get it was steamed for ten minutes after and beef isnt a code red as far as raw is concerned. but certainly is risky.

Just looked it up and if you had bought it 2 years ago it would have been a smart investment because if you want one now it'll set you back a grand

  17. @skilletborne

    December 30, 2023 at 3:49 am

I can see this being useful for people with motor issues or a lack of cooking knowledge but wanting to eat more from-scratch food.
For 600 quid though, I can't accept it. It can do a lot, it's true, but it can only ever do one thing at a time.
I would much rather fit out a kitchen with a full set of cheap knives, pans, a 4 ring hob, an immersion blender, and I'd probably have 300 quid spare and the freedom to cook multiple things at once without digital menu diving.

  21. @LILEE376

    December 30, 2023 at 3:49 am

They should have made a smartphone application and controlling it via wifi or bluetooth using the user’s smartphone, rather then builing inside an extra smartphone thingy. That would reduce its cost and price, which would lead much more sells.

Hello Sorted Food team. We were wondering if after a year you still believe that the Tokit is a good buy? Thank you, Andy and Charmaine from Canada.

  31. @bosozoku1000

    December 30, 2023 at 3:49 am

I bought the Tokit from Amazon after watching this and the "How to cook that" video. I love love love it! In my opinion it's better than other omni cooking machines. I didn't buy the one from Lidl because it has massive software issues and the quality isn't as good and neither did I buy a Thermomix because not only do you have to pay to get the recipes but…and this is the crazy part: it CAN'T fry on it's own, the frying option is only on the recipe site which you have to pay for. Also the Thermomix can only heat up to 120°C and the Tokit is higher. I use it nearly every day and the costumer service is very good which is very important. They responded quickly to my problem and solved the issue. I think the Tokit is currently the best food processor out there. Also you can turn the voice off.

    This looks like a thermomix

  33. @sham421

    December 30, 2023 at 3:49 am

That's be great if you can afford like 4 of them and have hours of extra time.

  34. @philoctetes_wordsworth

    December 30, 2023 at 3:49 am

The biggest problem I can see is the inability to multitask. That Indian meal took hours, but it should not have. If one had several of the gadgets, then one might have something. 17:04 but yes, it is a great second in the kitchen. One could set it to do something whilst the owner does something else.

  35. @StadhdyBuddies

    December 30, 2023 at 3:49 am

A company called Thermomix has been selling food processors for decades, quality-wise way better than this one for sure hehe! I don’t work for them, just been a client for so long now!

  36. @buuuuuuuuuuuuuu

    December 30, 2023 at 3:49 am

    £1000 for this thing 😂😂😂 F** off.

  37. @robertharriman7267

    December 30, 2023 at 3:49 am

Not gonna bother, 2 mins in I paused and looked up the product. A grand! Screw that.

    😂😂 you lot are hilarious

  43. @satanicereal8172

    December 30, 2023 at 3:49 am

This is such a ripoff 😀 Thermomix had and has it all in a very robust package.

  44. @guidodiarezzo

    December 30, 2023 at 3:49 am

You should test it against the Thermomix TM5/TM6 or the Bellini Intelli Kitchen Master/Super Cook Kitchen Master.
