8:13 He's using kalamata olives, while yes they are dark brown/black, they taste like more like a green olive. So people in the US, be sure to use the kalamata if you want to follow the recipe as close as you can.

Your frozen dinners at Walmart are nasty. Basically Stouffers.

Gordon would you consider getting rid of the background music

Great pork belly . Shouldn't the rind be more crispy, I m pretty sure 🇩🇰🍺

    December 28, 2023 at 5:00 am

Maybe this is a stupid question, but when he puts it in the oven at 170, is he referring to Celsius or Fahrenheit?

  8. @775758

    December 28, 2023 at 5:00 am

At 2:47 for the short ribs, you said 170-180 degrees for 2.5 hours. Do you mean Farenheit or Celcius? Since we are slow cooking and you pre-cooked the meat, I don't want to guess since Gordan is British!

  9. @jmbal925

    December 28, 2023 at 5:00 am

Yum! I need a slow cooker / crockpot version of this instead of the oven part . Help please 🙏🏼

  10. @truckingpix

I don't know how to cook… but I can follow instructions… the braised short ribs came out AMAZING!!!! Gordon Ramsay is a rock star!!!!!!

    Hi fast 😂❤ it's over

  13. @Squicken

    December 28, 2023 at 5:00 am

Ummm sorry but am I the only person/chef who is willing to call Gordon’s pork belly skin rubbish? If you gave that to him he would tear you apart!
I cure mine overnight and the pat it dry, wipe the skin in rice wine vinegar, more salt. Cooking is 110 for 1 hour, then 160 for 1 hour and then finish on 200 for 20 to 30. You’ll have the crispiest skin in your neighbourhood. Also don’t cut into the flesh when scoring the skin because the moisture doesn’t allow the skin to crisp up. Degrees are Celsius btw. Your welcome 🍻

  14. @cherylwiltshire8859

    December 28, 2023 at 5:00 am

    Any substitutions for anchovies?

  15. @JohnSmith-cs7jg

    December 28, 2023 at 5:00 am

This recipe (lamb)was so inaccurate, I got lamb breast/belly from the butchers and didn’t come in 3 nice bits like that, just one heavy bit, also the butcher didn’t take the skin off, I tried and was a nightmare. Recipe says 1 glass of wine when he clearly uses half a bottle. He’s too blasé and expects all butchers to be as good as his.

  16. @musarahama1285

    December 28, 2023 at 5:00 am

I wouldn't say I like your attitude But I like your cookie ideas.

  17. @latetotheparty4785

    December 28, 2023 at 5:00 am

Cheap cuts—I don’t think our chef here has shopped at a regular grocery store in a while. These cuts may be cheap for restaurants that purchase lots of meat. I buy meat at an international grocery store that sells NR (not rated choice, prime, etc.) that tastes like choice, but the boneless rib eye steaks have doubled in price. Last year they were per pound $5 US, now they’re $10.

  18. @heitor4144

    December 28, 2023 at 5:00 am

throw that sliced belly on an air fryer for around 30 min 180 C, you won't have to thank me later

  19. @georgianasalter

    December 28, 2023 at 5:00 am

Short ribs are no longer cheap.

  20. @FireicerCooper

    December 28, 2023 at 5:00 am

What do you consider low heat Gordon is it 100c or 180c

  21. @FireicerCooper

    December 28, 2023 at 5:00 am

Think I just had an orgasm. Brisket is the cheapest cut of beef at the moment but requires that slow cooking low heat to tendering it.

  22. @walterheublein5848

    December 28, 2023 at 5:00 am

Big deal who cares, he runs his house like a military base. His daughters trash talk him all the time.

  23. @jayAl92

    December 28, 2023 at 5:00 am

Can I make these recipes in a slow cooker/crockpot ?

  26. @SeanNewhouse-mv9ez

    December 28, 2023 at 5:00 am

Good job seasoning the onions too
For veggie side dishes I enjoy as many good veggies in as possible with a good sauce

  27. @SeanNewhouse-mv9ez

    December 28, 2023 at 5:00 am

Those places that slow roast literally need to serve the meat from the roasters!! First you gotta let it sit for 15 to resorb the juices, thats its own hit, make sure it stays WARM first
I like the concept of a separate outdoor area for that for a specialty slow grill area 😋

  28. @bigbunduru5136

It’s so nice having videos I can watch and know that this is exactly how things should be done for ultimate flavor.

All SEASON 4 Episodes! | Kitchen Nightmares UK

Published

on

Season 4, Episode 1

Gordon Ramsay is sharpening his knives – and his tongue – for another assault on some of the country’s scariest restaurant kitchens. Gordon takes on a restaurant abroad. La Parra de Burriana is an ex-pat restaurant in Nerja on Spain’s Costa del Sol. Nestling among the cafes lining the seafront offering all-day English breakfast and chips, La Parra is the brainchild of 26-year-old ex-nightclub manager Laurence.

Season 4, Episode 2

Gordon tackles a pub for the first time, getting to grips with The Fenwick Arms in rural Lancashire. The pub is run by landlord Brian who, after 30 years in the business and a quadruple heart-bypass, still puts in 120 hours a week and insists on laying down the law in the kitchen. Despite their best endeavours Brian and his partner Elaine are £250,000 in debt, and are losing £1,500 a week.

Season 4, Episode 3

For the last 18 months ex Michelin-starred chef Nick has owned and run Rococo but his past success is now eluding him. The menu is past its sell-by date, the service is stuffy, the food is over-priced and the only thing being fed is his ego. With debts of £100k, Gordon forces him to face his failures, strips down the menu and dismantles the claustrophobic dining room.

Season 4, Episode 4

For the last three years Morgan’s has been run by antiques dealer-turned-restaurateur Sandy and her daughters Helen and Laura. The beautifully-designed dining room has a prime high street location and should be the perfect eatery for the trendy local clientele, but head chef Phil is grappling with an eclectic menu that includes mashed potato with apricots, and his cooking’s just not up to it. Can Gordon help?
