Too sloppy for my taste. Simpler is sausage browned, onion browned, other vegies lightly softened, 8oz can of tomato sauce, 2 cups chicken stock, 1.5 cups parboiled rice. Spice to taste with oregano, basil, marjoran and black pepper and minimal salt. Simmer 20 mins.

Otherwise everything becomes overcooked… Try telling that to my wife who's just out the door to pick up our son from a Pokemon tournament. I'll keep it warm. Along with the crusty bread just out of the oven. The struggles of a chef… 😉

  18. @savannahclay2275

    December 28, 2023 at 6:01 am

This is one of the best tasting meals I've ever had. So happy we tried it!!

  19. @scotthamp384

    December 28, 2023 at 6:01 am

Dude, you should have done your homework on EVERYTHING. Half of this stuff is false. Like, Patrick Wilson is a BROADWAY star. Emmy Rossum IS a trained singer. Also, Ramin's name is pronounced Ra-meen Care-im-loo. And Sierra Burguess? No, it's Sierra Boggess. And I don't think ALW wanted the movie to be identical to the stage play

You really should know EXACTLY what you're talking about before you do a video like this

  20. @dianes5658

    December 28, 2023 at 6:01 am

What kind of stock do you use?

  21. @mrcmaths4613

    December 28, 2023 at 6:01 am

My nan could have made that!😂

  22. @bartekkozlowski1015

    December 28, 2023 at 6:01 am

Awesome! After making it a few times I chose to get rid of the red peppers, I could not figure out how to get them to have a bit of crispy texture, let alone char, unless I did them on a separate pan.

  23. @Randomlad12

  25. @Alyssa27110

That was uncooked rice he put in yes?

  26. @Alyssa27110

    December 28, 2023 at 6:01 am

That was like 9 tablespoons of oil

  27. @ronszudarek3382

    December 28, 2023 at 6:01 am

Nevermind the burnt ring on the side of the pan, just make everything taste burnt.

  28. @waynerandles6126

He cooks the same thing everywhere and calls it nasi goreng one day, pad Thai another, etc etc the dish being exactly the same.

  34. @DianavonLindenthal

    December 28, 2023 at 6:01 am

"slice around, wasting nothing" he says, while wasting a lot of that pepper…
The dish however is delicious. I've made it countless times and everybody who's eaten it, loved it.
