There are problems for British companies, so if they have to send workers to the EU, it is better for them to hire EU citizens for these tasks, as it is much easier for them to work in the EU.

The average migrant contributes more than the average Brit.
    Well yes.
A PhD worker from Somalia who took up a job in the City contributes more than the average Brit, but also more than an illiterate boat migrant from Somalia.
    Great.
Then let's CHOOSE to allow in those who contribute more and refuse access to those who contribute less or nothing at all.
Not all migrants are the same. That's where the points system is a much better approach.

Brexiters: we've made immigration harder for Europeans!
British people: you've made it harder for us to live, study, and work in the rest of Europe.
    Brexiters: don't be lazy, millenial!^ apply for a visa! It's easy .
British people: but you just literally said, that we made it harder for them. By reciprocity, they will make it harder for us .
Brexiters: Who cares? I don't want to have anything to do with Europe. I love Australia and America and Canada (just get rid of Trudeau and put Jordan Peterson in power). They all speak English and our history goes way back.
British people: Didn't you just say 10 minutes ago, that you ‘love Europe‘ and ‘just hate the EU’? And you do know that the whole world now speaks English, right? And our history with the rest of Europe goes back millenia… and most people in Britain are descendants of German and Scandinavian migrants, and—
Brexiters: shut up! Brexit means Brexit!

^for some reason, everybody who disagrees with them is a ‘millenial’ 🙄

Le brexit signe t-il le debut de la fin de l'union européenne?
La réussite après le brexit de la politique britanique surtout en économie encouragera d'autres pays à quitter l'union européenne.
