I think an ultimate sandwich battle based on simplicity would be interesting. Not huge, over the top sandwiches, but very very simple and simply delicious. For instance just three excellent ingredients- the bread, one filling, and one very simple spread pairing to the filling. Something also that anyone can make. There are obvious classics but something new would be cool.

This is too late and no one cares anymore, but the torta cubana is Cuban, not Mexican. It's in the name. Come on, guys. I shouldn't be surprised, though. Jamie did say fri-johles instead of free-HOH-lays that one time. I absolutely love this channel and will not carry on marathoning.

Recently started binging all the pass it on videos in Chrono order (because 2020 took the normal seasonal depressy to a whole nother level and these boys have a magical way of beating up the big SAD) and now I've started on the ultimate battles. I gotta say, it is an absolute joy to see these oldies and realize once again how far these guys have come since the beginning. I never would have remembered a time when Baz had never made a Yorkshire pudding! I'm loving this and it's just what the doctor ordered. Thank you boys. You do the world a great service.
