For all we call it Roast chicken, Roast Beef, etc we're actually baking it rather than Roasting which requires being constantly turned on a spit. I mean both taste delicious but I have to say the proper Roast way is by far the best when done right. Always turning, being basted with it's own juices as it constantly as it turns and the Roast veg all underneath to catch the rest of the fat and juices. Hmmmmmm

Draft Top, completely useless because beverage cans are designed to allow air in while sipping the liquid, in other words the device serves no function that the can already provides, Scrub Bio is a nesting ground for bacteria and unlike a scrubber sponge, which are designed to decompose, you can't even throw it away, RotoQ360 is completely overshadowed by oven bag cooking, which works better, sealing in the juices and cooking times are reduced, do people think before they back these things or do they have more money than brains?!

Why do you need a rotisserie when ovens come standard with convection? Just put a bird on a spit and use convection…it doesn’t need to rotate at all haha. This is pointless.

It felt like we’ve come full circle when James had a positive reaction to the ScrubBio. We all know he dislikes a single use gadget but on the reverse of that we know he hates when gadgets are marketed as being multifunctional but for useless purposes, he appreciated the environmental benefits of it but also liked the majority of utilities it claimed to offer

5:04 Yes. 5:10 No. I do not find silicone utensils to be easy to clean. I find the oils are nearly impossible to clean from silicone. Putting it in the dish washer guarantees the silicone thingy will come out covered in white, icky film—what happens when grease interacts with the dish soap. Instead of rinsing away, it sticks to the silicone. Also: I have a silicone scrubby thing, and I never use it.

Ben isn't a super geek because he is using kinetic energy to create potential energy which will be applied via the flywheel (I'm assuming). Yes, the potential energy would be rotational energy which is a form of kinetic energy but his answer felt wrong

With that beer can opener, maybe you can create reuseable aluminium “glasses”, so after the beer, softdrink is gone, no need to throw away the can.

That oven rotisserie seems pretty brilliant, as long as the mechanism inside can withstand a lot of wear at high temperatures. I think the infrared radiation coming off a broiler (US) or grill (UK) is tiny enough to squeeze through the wire mesh without any issues, right? It's not ionizing, so the fact that it's metal shouldn't be an issue. Because you still want that direct heat, from the cooking element/gas directly onto the food, rather than just heating the mesh and then the mesh heats the food. That's the real blast of heat that you want to get when broiling.

I got rid of my outdoor grill recently to make space for a pizza oven. The only thing I miss is the rotisserie. $99 US is kind of a commitment, but… maybe? I usually watch these videos for the entertainment value with no intention of buying any of the gadgets I see. This one might be kind of me.

Am I missing something how is it possible you don't have a playlist for your kitchen gadgets. I'm definitely on the channels homepage kitchen guide just on one of the most popular things out there how can you not have a playlist for that. Maybe i'm missing at somewhere but I can't seem to get it to load.

The Scrub Bio looks exactly like the scrubby things I use to wash my face/body – also made of food grade silicone – and really good for gentle exfoliation.

If the beer can opener slices, or anything around it, then you will end up drinking micro aluminium shavings. You can't cut/slice/shred metal and not get shavings.
