Interesting never thought of using nuts, we just use seasoned chickpea flour and coarse grated chickpea bread using the coarse grater blade from our foof processor for the crumbs. Looking at the price of nuts atm i think we will stick to the chickpea flour method. To be honest most of the time we just buy asda frozen chicken nuggets for normal meals, it all boils down to price and value now, oh how the world has changed in just afew years. Interesting video overall, take care, God bless one and all. edit: i would point out that adding the leftover marinade into the left over flour to make a batter which you then drizzle in the hot oil to make your own batter scraps with no waste, not healthy but really who cares.

I’m really new to cooking, but I made the last one with some help. I made mayo with hand, I was not really the fan of it (I think its the mustard we used), but the nuggets were amazing. The marinade did wonders. I think I was scared with some of the spices though, cause I missed the hotness/spiciness of the final dish, but it was such a nice experience as someone who just started out.

So I tried making the pro nuggets with the baked nuggets ketchup and it was so good! The only thing is that because of the virus most things were sold out, like celery salt for the chicken and mustard seeds for the ketchup. Still it came out banging so thank you guys for the recipe!
