In my opinion, a housing market crash is imminent due to the high number of individuals who purchased homes above the asking price despite the low interest rates. These buyers find themselves in precarious situations as housing prices decline, leaving them without any equity. If they become unable to afford their homes, foreclosure becomes a likely outcome. Even attempting to sell would not yield any profits. This scenario is expected to impact a significant number of people, particularly in light of the anticipated surge in layoffs and the rapid increase in the cost of living.

Banks are selling mortgages. People always say it's a good option to buy at discount, but with the market turmoil and everything at stake in present economy, I'm thinking of buying stable coin to hedge against inflation, or is it all right saving over 350k ?

I am very disappointed with Rishi that he does

not speak with an Indian accent like he should

given his Indian heritage. I think Indian accent

is so sexy and beautiful and if Rishi were to

speak with Indian accent, he would sound much more

beautiful and people in Britain would like him

much more.. In fact, I think the whole U.K.

should speak with an Indian accent. It's the best accent

    in the world!!

    Cheers!!

Sunak is just one of the hordes of ambitious incompetent Tories ready for their turn to fuck the country further, eventually, perhaps, the English electorate might wake up and realise the Tories have ruined our economy and they did it deliberately

Jesus son of Mary, peace be upon him, will descend in Syria on the wings of two angels, his face dripping water as if he had just come out of the shower, his breath will reach the tips of his fingers, any person who enters into the space of his breath will die immediately except for Muslims, he will kill the pig and break the cross and then pray in Al-Aqsa Mosque with Muslims, Then he calls the Christians to convert to Islam, He also recommended them before (in the Gospel of Barnabas) to believe in Muhammad, the Messenger of God peace be upon him.[61:6]

And when Jesus son of Mary said: O Children of Israel! Lo! I am the messenger of Allah unto you, confirming that which was (revealed) before me in the Torah, and bringing good tidings of a messenger who cometh after me, whose name is the Praised One. Yet when he hath come unto them with clear proofs, they say: This is mere magic.

    [61:7]
And who doeth greater wrong than he who inventeth a lie against Allah when he is summoned unto Al-Islam ? And Allah guideth not wrongdoing folk.

    [61:8]
Fain would they put out the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah will perfect His light however much the disbelievers are averse.

    [61:9]
He it is Who hath sent His messenger with the guidance and the religion of truth, that He may make it conqueror of all religion however much idolaters may be averse.

This is probably just foil-hat conspiracy theory, but is all this lack of action on the tories' part because they are all members of the ruling class, who usually seem to benefit from times of crisis where working class are forced to pay more for the same thing? So, in other words, they get more powerful the more they make the normal people struggle?

It's frustrating that Western countries seem incapable of seeking to strengthen their currencies so that the middle and lower classes can stop seeing their dollars/euros/pounds lose value year after year. Fiddling with tax and spending rates isn't the answer. Of course, I don't see why anyone would trust Labour to do a better job.

Honestly a good way of getting out of this renting crisis would be to encourage businesses to work from home where possible. Obviously this isnt possible for essential workers, restaurants etc but it would relieve a great deal of stress on the housing market in big cities.

There's a real Gru meme vibe to this whole story –
Panel 1 – "Most people feel that the UK needs more radical solutions [to the financial crisis]."
Panel 2 – Kick out Tories in favor of Labour.
Panel 3 – Looking to Keir Starmer for radical solutions.
