Published

‘Even though we’ve had sensible people in charge since then, the “grown ups”… government borrowing costs are significantly higher than they were at the height of the Truss-Kwarteng mini budget panic.’

I always supported Truss's plan and got vilified, and laughed at. We would be growing now, and the country slowly being repaired but the banks and globalist elites got rid of her.

It's not growth but productivity that's the problem. We've artifically created growth (GDP) by increasing the population through immigration. However GDP per head has fallen in real terms meaning many have become poorer. Increased productivity increases growth without the need to increase population. We're now paying for that mistake with high taxes, low growth, flat productivity and an ever greater state dependency including the working poor.

Its all about timing. The Sovereign Debt Crisis, the BoE Baily In's and the planned famine (UK Holodomor) have to be timed correctly to introduce the Mark of the Beast Central Bank Digital Currency and it has to be transitioned to synchronise with the rest of the world. Liz 'Mad as a Brush' Truss and KKK had to be removed to be replaced with the WEF Penetration and the Satanic communist. The transition has been delayed by the Russian/NATO Proxy War and Russian resistance has to be defeated to become a client state of the NWO Central Bank crime organisations such as the BIS in their rules based world order.

Truss is a complete lune. Just watch her cheese speech. Part of the reason we are in this mess is her budget. To borrow to cut taxes is lunacy.

Leo the Lioness Liz Truss was totally correct and Jeremy Hunt the communist wants UK Pension funds to invest in high risk venture capitalist ventures that most go bust. Pension funds should only invest in stable companies with proven profit and dividends not speculative investments with no guarantee of a return. But the venture capitalist paid £11 million to Tories in return for Pension funds forced to invest. Tories are corrupt from top to bottom and so are Labour or Tory B party.

When Sunak and Hunt took over they said they would steady the ship. What on the bottom of the ocean? We want the ship on the surface heading in the right direction. Hunt and Sunak, instead of throwing the excess baggage overboard they keep taking on more baggage. If Sunak was in charge of the Titanic he would steer straight at the iceberg.

In her 44 days of office did Liz Truss ever plan any actual spending cuts??? She was sacked because she and Kwasi didn't provide any figures with their budget. I don't see how cutting taxes would boost growth at a time when we have almost full employment. It is obvious that to have a better functioning economy the size of the state needs to be reduced, I think every economist would tell you that!

  36. @paulmatthews9366

    December 17, 2023 at 8:50 pm

Getting rid of truss was because she wasn't following the globalist rules of destroying this country. So rishi replaced her to get our ruination and demoralisation back on track. It won't be long now. It'll all be over. Most of the people here will barely notice what they've lost.

Zia Yusuf delivers a scathing critique of both the Conservative and Labour parties, accusing them of failing the British public on immigration and foreign aid. In this explosive segment, the Reform UK Home Affairs spokesperson claims the country has experienced “the biggest wave of untrammelled mass immigration ever seen,” placing the blame squarely on successive governments.

Yusuf outlines why Reform UK is launching a new inquiry into what he calls the “Boriswave,” arguing that border policies under recent leadership have left the UK exposed. He raises concerns about public safety, national priorities, and whether the current system is truly serving the interests of the British people.

In this week’s Chopper’s Political Podcast, Christopher Hope is joined by Tom Harwood and Katherine Forster to examine the growing debate around the UK state pension and the “triple lock.”

With Reform UK now joining other major parties in backing the policy, the discussion explores why the triple lock remains politically untouchable, despite rising concerns over its long-term cost. The panel breaks down how the system works, why it was introduced, and how it has helped reduce pensioner poverty, while also raising questions about fairness between generations.

They also look at the mounting financial pressures facing the UK, including the rising cost of pensions, slow economic growth, and an ageing population. Could the triple lock become unsustainable in the future? And if so, what alternatives might be considered?
