Patrick Christys delivers a damning monologue claiming Andy Burnham’s borrowing and spending plans will bankrupt Britain.

In his PMQs debut, Prime Minister Andy Burnham defended his economic strategy against a backdrop of 18-year high national borrowing costs.

Facing sharp questioning from Tory leader Kemi Badenoch regarding debt management and budget cuts, Burnham attributed current market instability to the structural vulnerabilities inherited from the previous administration.

Stepping into the role following Sir Keir Starmer’s exit in July, Burnham told Parliament his leadership would balance rigorous fiscal rules with targeted relief for the public’s rising cost of living.

‘We need to BRACE OURSELVES!’ | Tobias Ellwood WARNS of Russian attack on Britain ‘very soon’

Published

‘The world is getting more dangerous, not less.’ Former Chair of the Defence Select Committee Tobias Ellwood warns that Britain must ‘brace ourselves’ as he discusses the growing threat posed by Russia and the possibility of a future attack on Britain. Ellwood argues that the UK has been ‘too risk averse’ in its approach to defence and says the changing global security landscape demands greater preparedness.

Ellwood also discusses Andy Burnham’s first visit to Ukraine as Prime Minister and the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine. With tensions continuing to shape European security, Ellwood assesses the challenges facing Britain and its allies and questions whether the UK is doing enough to prepare for a more dangerous world.

Democrat strategist Laurie Watkins also weighs in on the conflict, arguing that ‘the President has not been focused on Ukraine since he started his second term’.
