Vintage in Pills THIERRY MUGLER Fall 1995 Paris – Fashion Channel

Thierry Mugler’s Autumn/Winter 1995 collection, titled Le Cirque, was presented at the Cirque d’Hiver during Paris Fashion Week, marking the 20th anniversary of the house.

The show featured a lineup of models including Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, Linda Evangelista, Claudia Schiffer, Jerry Hall, Marie Helvin, and Veruschka.

The collection combined geometric tailoring with dramatic outerwear, including sweeping cape coats, alongside garments incorporating latex and sculptural materials. A key piece was a metallic articulated bodysuit, developed in collaboration with Jean-Pierre Delcros, forming a mechanical, armor-like silhouette.

Accessories ranged from silk scarves and cigars to small dogs, while styling featured lacquered hair, bold makeup, and oversized hats that partially obscured the face.

Overall, the collection brought together structured tailoring, experimental materials, and character-driven presentation, emphasizing transformation and theatrical construction.
