The same national mentality that brought about Brexit chose Liz Truss as PM and that is Xenophobia.
Right at the 1st round of the Tory leadership election, I predicted that Sunak will never be a PM.
Despite all self-congratulatory tolerance about race relations claims, there are still places still reserved for white Anglosaxon only.
Unfortunately, even some affluent immigrants like Sunak don't know that.

Thinking of the voting system for a Tory leader it was obvious that the mp's of the party didn't vote for her. But the people in the country who were official members of the Conservative party voted her in. We should have a Coalition government for 12 months to get us through this mess, just as we did after the war.
In a coalition they have to work together and stop just trying to bring each other down.
None of them care about the ordinary people they are too busy trying to look good.
A disgrace, all hypocrites including the press who hound the whole lot, no matter who's in power the press just want to crucify them 🤔🤔
