   Gordon's doing good work helping inmates. If even one of them makes an honest living once he leaves prison, that's one fewer guy the government & prison systems use taxpayer money for.

   He's changing these guys lives. He's showing people that these are people who are worthy of second chances. He's showing the world that these people can function in society and not just do well but thrive and he's also helping these guys realize that for themselves. We don't always get dealt a good card when we're born, sometimes we need to experience hardships and make big mistakes before we find our path. For some people, that involves prison or hospitalization but that doesn't make than any less worthy of opportunity and *life*. That's what Gordon is saying with this series.

    Obvious concern is that you're allowing underpaid prison labor to produce goods that compete with goods produced by businesses that dont have unpaid labor and government paid equipment… how big can this business get? When will it start taking away from profits of local businesses? And who gets the profits? This introduces the possibility of government corruption if prison administrators are able to keep profits from their prison businesses

    I actually wanna know what happened to some of the prisoners in this, if Gordon keeps up with all of them. Last I heard was Anthony Kelly's doing well at St. Giles Trust, Andrew Insley was working at The Roast, and Tesfa Jones got a place at Gordon's Savoy Restaurant. What happened to Hassan Nour, David Jones and Adonis McQuitta? Did they get good jobs, and are those that I named off still doing good work as well?

    Quail are poor people food really.
    I have raised quail my whole life. I feed the extra eggs mostly to my dogs. They are just quail. Anyone can easily raise them. MUCH easier to raise then parakeets and the other messy dusty birds people have. They are cheap to feed as their dietary requirements are pretty simple to maintain. They lay eggs for at least 4 years, downside is they usually only live 6 years so as pets they will break your heart.
    I raise them mostly for butcher meat for cats and dogs in my area as not many humans want to eat quail in my area.
    Cheap eggs, very tasty.
