Divide your pizza dough into portions first, don't punch out the air, don't roll out the dough. You want that air so you get nice bubbles on the crust. Look up methods to let gravity stretch the dough into a super thin circle. The thinner the better (without tearing). Consider getting a pizza steel, preheating your oven to as high as it'll go, and let the pizza steel warm up for 1-2 hours.

Basic pizza recipe, yes. "Perfect pizza at home," no. Proper pizza dough is much, much better.

Guys, ever since Coop has changed their website, the Now Cook It recipes are gone. Would you consider putting them up in the video descriptions? Otherwise these videos will be usesless, especially without the measures – and that would be a massive shame. Thank you!

    January 16, 2024 at 8:17 pm

I wish I could get the recipe for this. Clicking on the link in the description opens a coop site and searching for the title on that site provides a message that says to use different words.

For the sauce I just mash up a can of peeled plum tomatoes, add salt, olive oil and oregano, the sauce cooks in the oven. I also put a touch of olive oil in the dough.
