I'd say Mike's look the best, but I like cookies with bits throughout them like Oatmeal Raisin. Not a Vegan but his cookies had things I love putting into cookies and the whole having bits was a plus, I like that Ben put nuts in his but I'm really not into chocolate, though I'm sure I could do a mix of the two and get my perfect cookie.

My go-to cookie is the original Nestle Toll House cookie, but with double the nuts and chocolate chips. Though I prefer Nestle's chocolate chips, I'm not happy with some of the questionable things they're doing business-wise, so I'd swap out the chips for a different brand, though not necessarily a fancy brand.

The ultimate cookies is the only one that I really want to make. So that one wins for me. But the others ones still look good.

If you add baking powder and baking soda in the first recipe and switch up the amount of chocolate, you get wondrously cracked fudge cookies.

Vegan cookies are delicious! Dark Choc and Pecan Cookies are my go to cookie when baking for my partner. Bake them until the brown sugar is crisp on the outside and gooey on the inside. Definitely recommend giving them a go

As I always say: The worst thing you can say about vegan food is that it is "good for vegan food". That means it sucks. Vegan food needs to be just good food. Any time it could be improved by adding an animal product the recipe is a failure IMHO.

    nice product placement

    January 13, 2024 at 4:44 pm

there's a better way to make Ben's cookie with the same ingredients but different delivery method

  16. @aceggkspade958

    January 13, 2024 at 4:44 pm

Why does a Vegan cookie need a nut milk at all? I've done them with vegan butter, and either vegan egg substitutes or just a banana like if your making brownies and what not and it turns out pretty much the same. just a bit banana flavored… but hey and old fashioned snickerdoodle cookie recipe, that are made to be small but thick, and that tartar in them…. man you can't beat that cookie buttery recipe. Side note, bake cookies at a lower temp if you want them soft and gooey without the browning on top for like a sortbread, but on the snickerdoodles, always take them out a few min early, and don't sift your flour on those either

    January 13, 2024 at 4:44 pm

oh come on, the 5 min. cookie has not baking soda/powder, and no brown sugar… that just sounds like one flat cookie with a single note. probably come out way too crispy
