I got a lot of leftover mozzarella and I did whit some pasta and meatballs and I puted the mozzarella on pasta and It was perfect

Gonna be honest…right off the bat, these are "chef recipes". Looks delicious, but I'd have to make a trip to the store for balls of mozzarella, and I'm not going to have leftover risotto unless I made some the night before with the intent of having this after. If I'm using wine for cooking? I bought it for cooking. Drinking wine will be put in a glass, and drank. Lemons? Well that's not even a leftover, is it? That's just the purpose for which you buy the fruit. The spice tip's not bad, but most home cooks don't have the time or energy (or oftentimes money) to be buying raw spices and fresh grinding them…and if it's getting stored in the cupboard for months, it might as well be pre-ground anyway. Likewise, leftover pastry is a luxury of those with the time, energy, etc…to make their own in the first place.
Honestly, it's not bad advice by any means, but it doesn't feel grounded in the same world that I live in.

I mean no offense but for people that have lost their jobs in the panini… (Code name) can you give family recipes that are affordable… Especially in the major cities in the US? you've got many restaurants here. Also spices are hella expensive here… Especially now sadly.
