Our three home cooks step up to deliver food for a major charity event, cooking under pressure in the iconic kitchen at The Landmark London, with high expectations, real guests, and no room for mistakes. Can they pull off an unforgettable service for the DEBRA Butterfly Ball?
This is a REAL test of teamwork and restaurant-level cooking as the guys leave their comfort zone and attempt to cater a prestigious event in support of DEBRA, the charity supporting people living with epidermolysis bullosa (EB). Expect chaos, pressure and plenty of surprising moments as the team take on the most demanding challenges they’ve ever faced.

What happens if you just… don’t stop sending orders?
We put chefs Ben, James and Kush into a full restaurant-style service and then kept the orders coming non-stop. No breaks. No slowdown. Just constant pressure.
