Volodymyr Zelensky says he is “afraid” Donald Trump could “lose interest” in negotiating an end to the war in Ukraine, after discussions between American and Russian diplomats in Moscow ended without significant progress this week. As Vladimir Putin arrives in India, and US special envoy Steve Witkoff meets Ukrainian negotiators in Florida, our panel assemble in the studio to discuss the current diplomatic outlook and plenty more.

The US has intercepted and seized an Iranian-flagged cargo ship attempting to get past its blockade of Iran’s ports, according to US President Donald Trump.
He said the ship was given “fair warning to stop” in the Gulf of Oman but refused, so the navy “stopped them right in their tracks by blowing a hole in the engine room”.
Earlier it was confirmed that a US delegation led by the Vice President JD Vance will be In Pakistan for a new round of peace talks with Iran. However Iran has not confirmed that it will be participating in the talks.
Trump has again threatened to destroy Iran’s power plants and bridges if they do not reach a deal with the US, including reopening the strait of Hormuz to international shipping.
