A UN-backed fact-finding mission has found “reasonable grounds” to believe the United States committed war crimes in two military strikes in Iran, including an attack on a school in Minab and another on a sports facility in Lamerd. The mission said the strikes caused civilian deaths and damage to civilian infrastructure.
