This video is the epitome of a lazy weekend breakfast… the sun is shining through an open window and without a care in the world you’re cooking up gorgeous orange and gingerbread pancakes with yoghurt, fresh fruit and a little naughty kick of rum.

We’d love to say a massive thanks to Chockywoky for her recipe which sits at the heart of this video… Make sure you go follow her on SORTEDfood (http://bit.ly/SortedYT) and her incredible blog (http://chockywoky.weebly.com)
