Ukrainian drones have hit warehouses of Russia’s biggest online retailer again, killing one person and injuring another 14, local officials said.

They said logistics hubs run by Wildberries in two south-west cities in the Krasnodar and Stavropol regions were struck overnight, triggering the evacuation of employees.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said the hubs were “involved in providing the Russian army with drone components, navigation equipment and other gear”.

Ukraine hit the retailer’s warehouses in central Russia four days ago, killing eight people, according to Russian officials.

The latest strikes come after President Zelensky dismissed Ukraine’s army commander-in-chief, Oleksandr Syrskyi.

Thousands of people continue to protest demanding the Indian education minister’s resignation after representatives of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) held talks with the government.

The meeting came after activist Sonam Wangchuk ended his hunger strike after 26 days of fasting in solidarity with the protests.

A CJP spokesperson told reporters that the government has asked for a day to decide on their biggest demand – minister Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also spoken, posted a video promising a tough new law on examination paper leaks, the issue at the core of the protests.
