Прелестные антикварные фарфоровые футляры (étui – этю / несессеры) для необходимых мелочей, в металлической оправе, с откидными крышками.

Корпус белого футляра украшен рельефными рокайльными завитками и тонкой полихромной ручной росписью с изображением путти (купидонов) и цветочных гирлянд.
Белый футляр был произведён во Франции в период с 1940 по 1969 гг. известной французской мануфактурой Еdmе Sаmsоn (Эдмэ Самсон). На изделии присутствует подлинное клеймо бренда: синие подглазурные перекрещенные линии с чертой посередине. Футлярчик небольшого размера: 8.5 см (дл) х 3.3 см (шир) х 2 см (толщ).

Второй футляр выполнен в насыщенном синем кобальтовом цвете с изящным растительным орнаментом, выполненным вручную золотой пастой и центральным медальоном, в котором изображен классический пышный букет цветов. Техника росписи на футляре – полностью ручная, надглазурная. Данная стилистика характерна для французского фарфора мануфактуры Limoges (Лимож).
Футляр был произведён во Франции в середине 20 века, размер футляра больше, нежели белого: 11 см (дл) х 5.5 см (шир) х 2.5 см (толщ). На футляре имеются инициалы художника E.C.

Оба изделия имеют металлические ободки с шарнирным механизмом и декоративным замочком. Оба футляра хорошо открываются и закрываются.

Исторически, такие изящные футляры использовались дамами высшего общества для хранения мелких предметов личного обихода: швейных игл и шил, флакончиков с духами, зубочисток, пинцетов или пилюль. Они позволяли носить с собой почти все необходимое с безупречной элегантностью.
