Ben Leo tears into Javier Milei’s Falklands rhetoric, calling it an empty distraction from Argentina’s economic collapse.

The Argentine President falsely declared the Falkland Islands to be “Argentinian” and branded the British territory “our future” during a highly anticipated national address on the archipelago.

Milei began his televised speech by declaring: “The Falklands are Argentinian. Historically and legally. There can be no argument. They are part of the Argentine territory.”

The libertarian leader warned that his country’s claim to the British territory was facing a “clear and present danger” as he accused the UK of “failing to heed” United Nations calls not to take “unilateral actions” on the islands.

He also launched a blistering attack against Sadiq Khan and the state of London, calling the Mayor of London a ‘bad person’ and ‘not a good representative for London.’ He expressed his desire that Andy Burnham ditches the Chagos Islands deal, which is reportedly back on the table.

The President went into detail about how AI will change the global economy, the return of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to Britain and labelled climate change ‘a hoax’.
