Before we begin, here’s some information about the 4-stars who’ll be on the phase 2 banners. Phase two of 4.6 is starting in 3 days, and Hoyoverse has confirmed that Beidou, Faruzan, and Layla will be on Wanderer’s and Baizhu’s banners. Moving on, we have finally received confirmation regarding the 4.7 banners. According to Dim, who has an excellent track record, Clorinde and Alhaitham will appear in phase one, whereas Sigewinne & Furina will appear in phase 2 of 4.7.

As I mentioned in one of my previous videos, apart from introducing new characters, Hoyoverse is currently only rerunning one Fontainian character in each patch. Neuvillette had his rerun in 4.5, Lyney’s banner is currently up on the servers, and Furina is finally getting her long-awaited rerun in 4.7. Initially, it was expected that Wriothesley and Navia would rerun alongside Clorinde & Sigewinne in 4.7. However, if you watched my previous video predicting future banners, you would know that I specifically mentioned Navia wouldn’t get a rerun in 4.7, and instead, Alhaitham would have his rerun.

Now that we have the banner data, and as I mentioned, only one Fontainian character will rerun in 4.7, it’s now confirmed that the character will be Furina. And Wriothesley’s banner has now been pushed to version 4.8.

We know that 4.7 is going to be a filler patch, so theoretically we should get it in 4.7 because there’s no way 4.8 is going to be a filler patch. According to the latest data, 4.8 will feature a limited-time map based on Fontaine, and the main event of 4.8 will be related to some kind of fashion show, similar to Chiori’s story quest. Characters like Furina, Navia, Chiori, Nilou, Wanderer, and Nahida will appear during the main event.

As of now, no new five-star character is expected to be released in 4.8. Initially, Emilie was expected to appear in 4.8, but not anymore. So I’m assuming that 4.8 will feature only rerun banners, which makes sense since we’re continuously getting at least one 5-star character in each patch in Fontaine.

In version 4.8, Wriothesley will most likely get his first rerun banner. Other than him, three more characters, Kokomi, Nilou, and Shenhe haven’t gotten their reruns in Fontaine, so they are the deserving candidates for the last three rerun spots. So here are my four rerun banners for version 4.8: Wriothesley, Nilou, Shenhe, and Kokomi. Doing this will make Nilou and Shenhe appear on the Chronicled Wish banner in Natlan since they will have had three banners by then.

Moving on to the 5.0 banners. As I had mentioned in my Natlan special video. Version 5.0 will release one new 5-star character and two new 4-star characters. Usually, the character who appeared in the Teyvat storyline preview trailer is a 5-star, but according to recent rumors, Iansan might be a 4-star character, and a new female 5-star character will be released in Version 5.0.

As for the remaining three rerun banners, I’m guessing they would start the Archon rerun marathon again. Zhongli appeared in 3.0 and 4.0 respectively, so I’m hoping he would appear in 5.0 as well. That leaves us with the remaining two spots, and one of them might be filled by Navia. As for the last spot, it could be anyone, to be honest, but if I had to pick one character, I’d go with Neuvillette. He’s a relatively new character, his banner sales were pretty good as well, and Hoyo usually gives a new character their second rerun after 3 or 4 patches since their first rerun. So yes, he might appear in 5.0.
