Worst part is that they will use algorithms to judge your behaviour. Cause they just dont have enough people to look at it, if the above 100 euro rule ever starts rolling out. So computers will do the selecting of suspects of money laundring. Cause thats where they say this rule is for. It can stop money laundring, according to them. But wait a minute. Ever got blocked on Facebook? I do. You be banned for at least 24 hours, cause they dont have enough moderators to look at it. So the first 24 hours: you cannot do anything else than wait, even if you were falsely blocked. Because there's not enough persons to look at it on the fly. Imagine every person who spends more then 100 Euro's beeing registered and maybe banned/blocked to use their wallet. Imagine people got the same because they've spend 4 times 100 Euro in a day. How many people will we need to look at those cases? What algorithms will be used? What happens to those people, before someone even looks at it? Will they be on a black list, before there is a real investigation?
Look up the Dutch "toeslagenaffaire". You will see what happens if things like that occur or go badly wrong.

It’s all about control of the law abiding masses, most people are blind or don’t want to see. Stop using plastic as a means of payment, boycott all establishment’s who won’t take cash, always get cash for everyday shopping. Yesterday I read that thousands of cash machines won’t be free for withdrawals soon. Base interest rates are climbing why aren’t sayers being paid realistic interest rates on deposits? The government is complicit in the erosion of cash and our rights. Time to fight back and change the government as well and I don’t mean from blue to red I mean start again.
