    Gordon is such a talented cook. I imagine myself trying to make these, and how I would completely muck them up and ruin them. Gordon makes it look so easy to make these tarts, with no mistakes.

    For the tart:
    2 cups or 250g flour
    1 egg
    125g butter
    90g or 1/3 cup and 1 and 1/2 sugar
    For the ganache:
    400g plain chocolate
    8 tbsp double cream
    60g butter
    2 tbsp caster sugar (optional)
    Oil for greasing.

    Makes 10

Keri Ka Sharbat Recipe in English.

Keri ka sharbat

Ingredients of concentrated syrup:
1/2 kg Raw mango (sliced)
1 ½ cup Water
3 cup Sugar
1 ½ tsp Black salt
½ tsp Salt

Raw mango drink ingredients:
1 cup Water
Black pepper (a pinch)
Cumin crushed & roasted (a pinch)
Ice cubes as required
Mint leaves for garnishing
1/4 cup concentrated syrup

Mojito ingredients:
1/4 cup Concentrated syrup
Black pepper a pinch
5-6 Mint leaves
Ice cubes as required
Soda water as required

Directions of concentrated syrup:
Peel and cut the raw mangoes in slices.
Add water in a pan, add raw mangoes, cover the pan and let it cook until it gets fully tender.
Add sugar, black salt, salt and cook until sugar get dissolve.
Let it cool then blend the mixture well.
You can store it for up to 1 month in refrigerate.

Direction of raw mango drink:
In a serving glass add concentrated syrup, black pepper, cumin and mix it well.
Add ice cubes, water and mix it well.
Garnish with some mint leaves and serve chilled.

Directions of mojito:
In a glass add concentrated syrup, black pepper and mix it well.
Add ice cubes, mint leaves and pour soda water.
Serve chilled.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
