NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has said Russian President Vladimir Putin is using “winter as a weapon of war” against Ukraine.
Speaking at a meeting of NATO foreign ministers in Romania, the secretary general said “Putin is failing in Ukraine” and is responding with “brutality” by attacking gas, electricity and water infrastructure across the country.
The meeting will discuss NATO members increasing military and non-lethal aid, such as fuel and materials to help Ukrainians heading into the colder months.

Five years on from the Taliban’s takeover of Afghanistan | BBC News
It has been five years since the Taliban retook control of Afghanistan, as western forces left, imposing their extreme, ultra-conservative interpretation of Islam on millions of people.
Their return to power brought relative peace to the country after two decades of war.
But Afghan women have been erased from public life. Girls are banned from school from the age of 12, and aren’t allowed to go to university.
Public parks are also off limits to women – and they can’t travel abroad without a male companion.

That's when warfare is conducted in that region. You have to wait until the ground is frozen, otherwise armor and vehicles sink into the mud. When Russia's winter offensive begins Ukraine is going to get rekt. There might not be a Ukraine as a political entity by next year. And it all could've been avoided

I know the NATO, US, Canada, Australia, European Union 🇪🇺, Turkey, France, and all the European countries will not let’s people of Ukraine feel the pain of the winter season they will make everything to keep them warm by any means and I pray to God they will do it, because all the leaders and their great citizens of all those countries sleep an compatible because all their hearts are broken by the suffering of the Ukrainian people, and their hearts ♥️ are sleep there with people of Ukraine 🇺🇦 even if some of the citizens didn’t visited Ukraine, but their help reach Ukraine and all the free world democratic leaders visited Ukraine already, I’m really grateful to all those countries who offer their hands to help Ukrainian people nothing is like democratic because democratic is the mother of all the world 🌍.
