   Why should a reputable Hotel open it's doors to house illegal migrants because the Government says so??? I agree with him that he need not be prescribed to by Government as to who he allows to reside in his hotel or not. The Government has no say over private property, unless they are prepared to in writing confirm that they will rehabilitate the Hotel to it's former condition should those migrants damage the property.

   Once you get illegals in your hotel, you won´t ever get rid of them. They will utterly destroy your beautiful hotel and the government´s promise to "repair any damages" is total BS. You would probably have to wait months or perhaps even years to be reimbursed by the government for damages done. Don´t fall for it!!!!

    The government is taking the tax money paid by its citizens to kick out the tax paying citizens to make them jobless and then homeless ( as they can't pay rent/ mortgage without the job) so they can house illegals (random strangers that entered the country). UK govt is working for illegals and showing complete disregard and care for its own people. Don't they realize this is enabling more illegals to come there as they know the UK govt will look after them royally (4 star hotels) at the cost of their citizens.

    Did the manager say that a few house keepers would stay on change linen…the illegals with no jobs and getting weekly stipend are above changing their own linen. Should check what service they are getting at the hotels they are being housed.

    People should check where they are booking hotels in the future. If a hotel owner took the money and let their staff go as the owners got greedy, people should avoid booking such hotels, this is the least the UK citizens should do.

    So lets see: you pay your taxes, the govt then takes those taxes dangles a glistening carrot in front of your employer to relieve staff of their positions, fill up the hotel with dingyjumpers put them immediately up in lovely hotels with services, protect them with security, tell those relieved angry betrayed bewildered taxpayers to p*ss off find employment elsewhere, good luck paying rent or mortgages, and shut up while youre at it or we will haul you off??? Breaking immigration laws, zoning laws, backroom deals, devastating townfolk, with their hard earned money. Helping people enter the country illegally and telling the citizens to got h*ll. These are not politicians! They need to be brought up on charges for breaking numerous laws here. Who is first in line to be asked to resign? This is insanity.

    Good on this hotel owner. These migrants are destroying our country one way and another. Why are the government looking to put these scroungers in luxury hotels anyway? Then they are complaining about the food yet sending titk tok messages about how they are living in the lap of luxury. Stick them in tents like the French give then nothing maybe they will get the message we are not a charity to be abused by them.

    The Hatters Hotel in Skegness turned down a large amount of money to house migrants in their hotel. They chose to not "take the shilling” and are putting morals above money…..

    This whole scenario about well over 400 hotels in the UK being used (at a very high cost to us taxpayers) for housing "asylum seekers" (many of whom have entered to UK illegally) has been a real kick in the teeth to many people who are local to those businesses.

    All those hotels which took up the million pound offers from the government should be boycotted by the public if they ever become available for normal use again. Not only that, but many of them have been trashed by the new occupants…..So much for "Thank you for giving me a lovely place to sleep and eat three meals a day for free, plus a free mobile and free money. Taxi!!"

    There’s a carrot in front of you all that money they offer you don’t take it will ruin peoples places to go to get married and meals and stuff we’ve got nowhere to go. Do not give up your hotels. This is a governments problem and not ours. let them deal with it they brought them in. Let them get them out And sit down in the bag and sit there saying I want to house it took me 25 years to pay for my house why should I just walk into an hour for nothing then wreck it and ruin it all together or not why should we put up with this we didn’t ask him to come into this country the government did you get to do good as well, but the governments fault they brought them in. They have to sort them out. There should be a lie on hotels and people to give their homes up when they’ve paid for over 25 years, paying for your hotel or your home your house And I just wanna walk in and demand I want to house they say they have no right to ask for anything this is what you do. This is what you get helping people out. There does shit on you after help and taking a minute and helping him and all that, so I’m grateful I want to house how dare they demand things.
