The thing about the supposed 20 minute curry and other recipes he does like that is that it doesn't take into acocunt the time to get the ingriedients, set up a place to work, cut everything, get rid of garbage. Adding all that in, a 20 minute recipe easily becomes 40-60 minutes, sometimes more, depending on how you're set up, if you got children, all of that…

I know this episode is going to be good when people complain about eggs. Time perfection thing, and while drunk, everyone is able to make their eggs the way they enjoy it. So while sober, and paying for it, you expect good eggs.

Gordon i love you but that Tiramisù surely isn't Italian. We don't put the coffe in the cream, and had yolks to the cream and mascarpone mixture and we fold in whibbed egg whites. Also the biscuits have to be dipped more in the coffe, with the marsala. I'm sure that your recipe is delicious, it just isn't really italian.
