While I think the result is probably nice I thnk it's also a bit boring. Layered desserts are much more fun when they're distinct rather than being visually very samey.

I'm planning a 6 layered dessert of my own:
1. (Top) Broiled marshmallow fluff with cocoa powder & powdered sugar dusting
2. Brown sugar graham cracker (digestive biscuit) crumble
3. Mashed banana with oats and honey
4. Vanilla rice krispie treats with chocolate peanut butter cups and a chocolate drizzle
5. Chocolate pudding (custard) with M&Ms
6. (Bottom) Chocolate chip cookie/crushed nut fudge brownie roll slices with caramel drizzle
I'm still trying to decide the best nut for the brownie bit and I'm open to suggestions on any of it.

Baz deserved a 5 for the original concept of trifle… Pass only because it was edible. I'm glad the caramelised white chocolate was ditched.

Honestly, Jamie is atually kinda lucky being interrupted both in this one and the one with Poppy. Since he can watch what the interrupting chef is doing he has a lot more direction for his last few minutes, and he is also learning directly from their performance.

OK that's a serious mishap there.
I always thought Janice's voice was added in post production, but in this episode time when she said "No he doesn't", Jemma and Sally reacted to the joke in real time, which means Mike (who does the Janice voice) was watching the whole cooking process with them all the time.
That really spoils the Recipe Relay for me… I honestly hoped it was at least partially genuine but knowin that all these mistakes are fake breaks my heart…

Basil and raspberries are delicious when raw. The mintiness of fresh basil kind of opens the pores on your tongue and it makes the raspberries sweeter.

fail, mainly because using store brought jam instead of any of the gel/jam attempts was a bad move and removed all personality from your creation.. just throwing the "failed" raspberry stuff on there might be better.

This is a GREAT episode, and a thesis on why Poppy is so terribly annoying in all the Sorted videos. Poppy is just there for likes based off her "personality". Jemma and Sally effortlessly fit in perfectly with the crew, so much so, that they can bake with them in a pass it on, and thus, showing us their skills, and teaching us something a little along the way. More Jemma and Sally. More guests chefs showing their expertise. Less Poppy giggles!
