Published

on

Officials in Ukraine say they are preparing for about half the population to need mental health support in the coming months.

It comes as a result of Russia’s full scale invasion last year.

But the country’s health system is already under strain with doctors having to prioritise patients with physical injuries from the fighting.

⁉The British and USA provoked the war in Ukrainian by killing 14 thousand Russian children, women, and older man in DONBAS. The Ukrainian people are been used by NATO, in a PLANNED PROXY WAR AGAINST RUSSIA. Do the people of Taipei, TAIWAN know they are next to be used by USA-NATO IN a PLANNED PROXY WAR against CHINA? The USA is arming Taiwan to give their Government the allusion they can win a war against China. Think about it. In 2014 NATO, Obama&Biden started the Ukrainian war by given military training to 900 thousands Ukrainians and put lot of weapons including biologic weapons labs in Ukraine to exterminate the Russian natives as it was intended in China with the COVID19, These give the Ukrainian Government the allusion they could win a war against Russia, most if not all of that 900K are now dead. TAIWAN will suffer the same destiny their island will be destroyed⏺

This has been my first, and my ongoing GREAT concern about the traumas, the traumas that will yes-stay with them for the rest of their lives along with the intergenerational traumas.
I am an Occupational Therapist (retired) who worked in both psych/mental health but also physical rehab.
Soldiers esp have been in an extreme, and PROLONGED situation of survival, constant or near constant "fight and flight", and the hardships on the body and the emotions, Spirit, etc are EXTREME. Is there an organization(s) that we can donate to, or what can we who are not in Ukraine, do to help?

The US can pick up the bill – the Rand Corporation report of 2019 set out the US plan to weaken Russia through using Ukraine which reads as the playbook for what has been happening for the past twelve months.

I believe that everyone has their place to help and although I am hoping that large scale programs are continually ramping up for the level of support needed in years to come and that charitable professionals are finding their way to help now on an individual level we all have something to give, for some it will be in mental health and emotional support whether that’s online, or in person and whether you’re a professional or just a supporter or even someone who’s struggling something we can all do now is be emotionally supportive or psychologically supportive to those in need to benefit everyone around us and ourselves. Mental health is a constant issue everywhere in the world. If you’re on the other side of a struggle, consider sharing how you got through with someone who might be helped. Consider sharing what helped you or even just saying a few words in support. All words and efforts matter. If you’re in the middle of something, consider connecting and empathizing with those who are also going through those struggles. We heal together in every way and there is an opportunity at every second for healing to happen and healing is a two way street. Both sides benefit. I think in some cases we have to take the initiative to reach out to help others without expectations. It is worthwhile to try to put some beauty back into the world. We need it now more than ever. To those in need, I hope that their need is met today in some way and I hope we all see a brighter future.

When the whole world already understands that it is necessary to put up, the United States and Britain, on the contrary, exacerbate the conflict. Recently, Britain took the risk of supplying Ukraine with missiles with a range of 400 km, realizing that in this case Russia would also hit Ukraine in response at least at such a distance. In other words, the United States and Britain framed Ukraine under a new round of death, but they amused their military ego … otherwise Britain and the United States do not think that Ukraine will again begin to die in the hundreds of thousands.

Many people ask who benefits from the conflict, I see the obvious, think for yourself, the United States and Britain dissuaded Ukraine from all kinds of peace agreements. Ukraine rejected 4 types of peace agreements! Ukraine rejected even China's peace agreements! Why did Ukraine do it? On the advice of the US and Britain. Blinkin and the British minister were officially proud of having talked Ukraine out of the world.

Now ask the question, who aggravates the war? Who is leading the world to nuclear war? Russia? No. It is the United States and Britain that exacerbate the conflict. If they wanted peace, they would send ambassadors for peaceful negotiations, not missiles and cartridges.

US hits ‘dozens’ of Iranian sites in strikes, as Iran targets US bases in region | BBC News

on

The US said it has hit “dozens” of Iranian military targets in overnight attacks, in response to Iran hitting commercial ships in the Strait of Hormuz.

The military said it struck “air-defense systems, coastal radar sites, missile and drone capabilities, and small boats”, using aircraft, ships, and drones – including “one-way attack sea drones for the first time”.

“The Strait of Hormuz is a vital maritime corridor for global trade,” the US military said. “Iran does not control it”.

In response, Iran said it targeted US bases in Jordan, Bahrain, and Kuwait and also radar systems in Oman.

Trump demands 20% toll on cargos passing through strait of Hormuz | BBC News

Published

on

President Donald Trump has said the US is reinstating a naval blockade of Iranian ports and will impose a 20% charge on all cargo shipped through the Strait of Hormuz following days of escalating strikes between the two countries.

He said this would stop “Iran’s ships or customers” from entering or leaving the key oil shipping route, but “all other countries will have fair and open use of the Strait”.

Iran’s foreign minister later said whoever provides safe passage “should be compensated for this service”, but Iran would remain the strait’s “GUARDIAN” – using Trump’s word.

Tehran and Washington clashed over the strait’s control after exchanging strikes in the region overnight and on Monday.

The US said it carried out strikes against military targets in Iran, targeting air defence systems, coastal radars, and missile and drone sites. Iran said it responded by striking US military bases in Kuwait, Jordan and Bahrain, and radars in Oman.

US launches more strikes on Iran and resumes naval blockade of ports | BBC News

Published

on

The US military said it was carrying out a new wave of strikes on targets in Iran. It said the aim of the attacks was to degrade Iran’s ability to attack shipping in the strait of Hormuz. It came ass the US Navy resumed its blockade of Iran’s ports.

Iran said that control of the strait of Hormuz was required for its national security and it will exercise sovereignty over the key shipping lane, whatever the cost.

President Trump announced that he was scrapping a plan he had announced a day earlier, for placing a 20% toll or tariff on all cargos passing through the strait of Hormuz.
