“Britain’s MOST EXPENSIVE Airbnb” – Will Kensington MOCKS the STATE of the UK
Watch as Will Kensington expresses concern about the state of the UK, arguing that Downing Street is no longer a place of power but has instead become Britain’s most expensive Airbnb.
This comes as Andy Burnham is set to become the UK’s seventh Prime Minister in a decade, with seemingly no one challenging the “King of the North” for the country’s top job.

Completely agree with this lady, the GPs now are highly educated, highly paid and highly privileged but still not capable of giving the high quality service that doctors in the past could give with less facilities and money. And what Emma has said recently about the problem with NHS isn't the low pay of NHS staff, it is things like obesity, smoking, sedentary lives, poor advice and leadership etc these are the root causes to fix the actual problem. Not just paying these doctors more for wfh and giving terrible advice which we could find ourselves online and diagnose our symptoms and ailments. Terrible and it's going to get worse with this next generation of wealthy doctors kids becoming doctors…

not fair. they work less and get paid more while we get told to get a second job to make ends meet along with a lowly single figure pay increase.

Just another example of a society in deep decay. Those days seem so long ago when you walked into your GP practice and had a full examination. It used to make you feel better psychologically and it gave you confidence and put your mind at rest. Not anymore. There's only 24hrs in a day and the GP can only see so many patients in that time. Don't forget with all the new migrants coming over everyday on the boats they need full access to GP's now.

Thankfully I don’t really have much use for them anymore. I finally managed to diagnose&treat myself so I’m free from the need for any of their products.

Absolutely disgusting this, exactly what have they got a pay rise for?? They work a three day week and don't see anyone, I have tried for weeks to get in to see my doctor absolute waste of time, and they do tell you to ring back at 8AM but you just can't get through, you've got more chance winning the lottery than getting to see a doctor no matter what, they don't deserve a pay rise,

Thr GP's DO NOT fkin deserve a pay increase the only fkin thing they deserve is to be fkin sacked for refusing to see people face to face, I am self employed if I don't work I don't get fkin paid so why should these Doctors get paid for refusing to work F them eh

I remember telling my French doctor how much UK GP's get paid and she nearly fell off her chair.
The whole NHS is a scam. The doctor and nurses unions have got the public by the balls…and yet the sheeple keep saying " Please squeeze us some more"
When i visit my French GP I get weighed, BP taken, questioned on my general health. Twice a year I'm sent for blood tests, everyone does, and I get a consultation based on the results. If I go for a X ray or scan I get a hard copy in my hand before I leave…no waiting weeks for an appointment and more weeks for results.
The NHS killed both my parents…my father through neglect and starvation in the hospital which shut us out due to Norovirus and my mother was put down like a dog (a nurse came crying to me after what the doctor did). Both at Redditch hospital which has a long history of failing patients. Complaining is pointless, you just get obstructed and swamped with paperwork and bureaucracy to wear you down.
I will never return to the UK and fall into the hands of the NHS.

I haven't seen a GP here in Ilkeston for 25 years. I was struggling last year. for 10 months I tried every day to get them to do something and they wouldn't. I went to A&E in Nottingham and they did nothing after making me wait over six hours. telling me to see my GP. I then went to A&E in Derby, they sent me for a scan took blood and then rushed me into emergency surgery that same day. My GP couldn't care less if I'd have died.

I walked out on one doctor who didn't look up all during my visit. I spent four days trying to get hold of the orthopaedic department recently to find out how far I was on the Waiting List for hip replacement – no-one answered the phone. The Switchboard were very apologetic but couldn't help. I have been waiting nearly two years to get a hip op because the hospital lost my notes during 2020 which I did not know about!!! In 2021 I started to ask how much longer I would have to wait just to be told I would have to start again with the referral and seeing a Surgeon. It's now nearing the end of 2022 and I have only just been put on the priority list because I've been waiting so long. The NHS is not good at all any more.

Let's not forget that doctors' surgeries were closed during the pandemic: doctor's refused to see patients face to face. But they came out of the woodwork to vaccinate those very same patients when told they would receive extra payments.
@rightfuljohnny
January 12, 2024 at 7:24 am
Now you have to do a self diagnosis on the phone to the receptionist to see if you are worthy of seeing a doctor. Same as Tesco with its self service tills. What's wrong with this world?

I am very wary of artificial intelligence, but this is an area where I think AI machines could be helpful. You could get a proper thorough check-up, blood word, x-rays, etc. with little hassle and very quickly. It also would make some doctors redundant, which is probably not a bad thing either…

Everybody reaps what they sow eventually not to disrespect all the good healthcare professionals but it all seems a bit robotic good bedside manner seems to have disappeared when I take my dog to the vets it's a much more welcoming experience than a visit to a doctor's surgery I think it's time we all became humans again

If anyone deserves a pay rise it’s people on the lower end of the pay scale like supermarket workers. Not doctors or lawyers
