    this is a disgrace, no wonder British food is garbage, putting parsley and fruits on steak? and overcooking the steak? is this a bad joke ?

    I have always struggled with Chimichurri. I really wish I enjoyed the flavour of parsley. If you made one based on coriander I would be all over that I reckon.

    I love the detail of cooking the tomahawk medium, not mid-rare, that cut of beef really needs that extra temp to break down that fat and connective tissue.

    I'm also allergic to pineapple. But it's worth noting that pineapple has an enzyme in it that breaks down the inside of your mouth (whomever you are). And like me, eating raw pineapple is like poring battery acid into my mouth, while to others it's a tangy zing. That's the difference: I get burn mouth (for real—sores in the mouth and on the tongue) and others get zing.

    That enzyme beaks down if the pineapple is roasted/cooked/grilled. Meaning, Barry, like me, can maybe "bare" it if it's grilled.

    WTF? Why not just slather on some A-1…it’s just as sacrilegious! All a good steak needs is salt, pepper, butter, and a little nap.

    So much unnecessary work in this video. I make chimichurri in a blender and would never bother trying to grate a clove of garlic. Just throw the damn stuff in a blender and move on with your life. It will taste just as good.
