Tax cuts? How you going to pay for that then? Borrowing or spending cuts? It certainly won't be growth. Not only is Boris fundamentally dishonest, he didn't "get Brexit done" and faced with an electorate that had grown ever more jaded, plus concerted attacks from the Left and open rejoiners, his own party turned on him. They may have done this to facilitate a Labour/Lib Dem win at the next GE, so those parties can be blamed for the impending financial disaster.
