The former leader of the Democratic Unionist Party, Jeffrey Donaldson, has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for a series of child sex offences, including rape.
Donaldson was convicted in June of 18 offences, which he committed against two women when they were children, between 1985 and 2008.
Reading victim statements, the sentencing judge said one woman grew up feeling ashamed, while the other said: “every day I pray God will let me die”.

Several people have been killed or injured as a result of a large fire near a Canadian military base in Alberta, the nation’s defence minister has said.
David McGuinty did not confirm the cause or the number of casualties, describing the situation as “very, very active and delicate”. The Canadian military and local authorities were managing the fire, he said.
Canadian Forces Base Wainwright, where the fire broke out, is one of the country’s busiest military training bases.

Funny, I Googled hero and it popped up Marvel Comics. That's sad because I served in the military and a lot of my fellow men died doing what they believed in for this country. I guess once you're dead,you don't have a voice.
People of today need to open up their damn eyes and realize what the hell is going on. If an invading Army stepped on your doorstep, then you would probably just welcome them in! I couldn't do the same. As well as many of my brothers.

Because of their farcical propaganda and inaccurate journalism throughout the Syria, 911, these plane crashes and the Iraq wars I for one have lost faith in the whole bbc and it's alleged subjectiveness and therefore genuine worth to the population which is shit as we pay for it
