Boris and Nigel Farage, have and interesting ideas on how to promote Brexit. I believe that many UK citizens will face the ugly face of Brexit next 5 years with the larger unemployment or smaller paychecks. I guess many will disagree with me, but let's think about it. If Brexit is such a great idea, then why it needs promotion over the Brexit festival?

Nothing brings the country together like a £100m price tag… It's just kicking half the country whilst it's down

  13. @GaryGans

    January 8, 2024 at 4:49 pm

Um…No, t’a. Save this £120m and distribute it to the wide array of the Arts and Culture so we will keep these Institutions away from the wrecking ball. We have at least nine months just to get our population vaccinated and the SARS-CoV-2 Pandemic somewhat under control. There's where we really need to “Take Back Control.”

    This Brexifestival is pish.

Ah yes, a perfect solution, imagine a bunch of striking fishermen and agriculture related workers plus pro-eu protesters doing a demonstration at the event. It's going to be a fine thing for international media to behold, the clownish decay of Britain.

  35. @theshontman

    January 8, 2024 at 4:49 pm

Let's make a festival to celebrate something 48% of voters voted against…. We on to a winner there boys! I see no problem with this…

FFS just make it a British festival of culture. Why the fuck does it have to have the most divisive political event in recent history plastered on as a name?
