I’m in the US. I always add a touch of milk to my scrambled eggs. And they can just have just milk, salt, and pepper in them, or I might add cheese and/or onion.

Add cheese, and Mike's is how I grew up on eggs.

I love how you think Americans have bacon on everything. We love bacon but not everyday… at least people I know. I do a dollop of cream cheese or Greek yogurt as I am cooking them on on med-low heat. Then some chives and maybe a bit of cheese.

I like to make a nice cheesy scrambled egg and then at the last minute add pizza sauce and sliced pepperoni.

No. Scrambling directly onto the heat? 2:25 That is literally the only wrong way to scramble eggs. The whites are never fully incorporated. This is in fact the reason I have not had a breakfast taco or burrito for many years—unless I made them. It is the reason I have eaten at a Waffle House precisely once, and will never again. Their eggs are streaky, with mucusy globules of white throughout. (In general, they do everything the way I would not: their “maple” syrup is not real maple; they use margarine. It is disgusting.)

Sadly in my country (Brazil) is not common to have Scrambled Eggs for breakfast but I do love them and thanks to you guys I am open to a looser egg, mine was always super over cooked (Sorry Ben I imagine that hurts to hear) but yours look amazing and I will HAVE TO try to make them like that.

I'm still tripping out that Mike put oil in a non stick pan, then added bacon. Hmmm.

Give America a break, we are very large and regional. One of my favorite egg dishes in Southwest Texas is grilled chorizo and egg tacos. Served with pico de gallo and salsa, on a grilled corn/flour tortilla.

Most Americans just scramble them with only salt and pepper, adding cheese, butter, other flavors are special scranbled eggs for a special occasion.

Cheddar cheese in scrambled eggs…not in my kitchen. Don’t know what Mike made, but it wasn’t scrambled eggs. Luckily Ben gets it.

And an idea for a series of challenges. Fusions of two randomly chosen countries cuisines. Not side by side. True hybrids. The winner is the one with the most successful and inspiring dish, sandwich, … that you all want to make again at home.
