Governments are hopeless at man again anything. Just fund it and let the private sector do the rest. Just as the NHS should be.

I love how this news channel believes in the holy 'kill immigration' route even if it guaranteed the Brexit consequence drip-drip terminal decline to the economy and cost of living for future generations.

Love it, solution-less Brexit Habbid who can't identify one opportunity except book… opps law burning rights, protection, and standards which the UK will eventually spend more money replicating.

Remember there is no law requiring you to pay tax. As to our so called government, it is illegal and unlawful to fund bio terrorism and Genocide.

    January 5, 2024 at 2:37 pm

#unt does not seem to understand that we cannot tax and spend our way to growth. Tax doers not cut inflation.

  15. @dastiffmeisterman

    January 5, 2024 at 2:37 pm

Inflation shouldn't even exist. They are basically saying vote for us and we will keep making things more expensive every year. Absolute nut jobs. Computer technology gets vastly cheaper every year or so, this should filter down and make everything cheaper. Our government is deliberately putting in place policies to go against this and make us poorer. Think about that, think about the kind of people we are forced to vote for. These people are anti-humans.

  16. @schrodingerscat1863

    January 5, 2024 at 2:37 pm

May had the right ideas just implemented them badly. I think once the markets had calmed down from the shock things would have improved much more rapidly than they are under the clown we have running the show now.

Our politicians are puppets of the corporaticracy who are serial liars cheats and corrupt who profit while we suffer. Our servants think they are our masters but we are the cogs that make the world turn and we have the power UNITED. We must unite in a common goal of change and revoke our consent to their corrupt and evil intent upon humanity. Unity peace and respect will free us from our chains.

Also this Ben Habib is the director is First Property Group, a company with £0.5 billion in assets, made £7.08 million in profit and paid 2% tax on that profit. This guy is the reason the economy is skewed. A multi million pound company ONLY PAYS 2% TAX ON THEIR PROFITS.
