But what exactly is LatinX? Because it does appear to be meaningless in the context of proper Spanish grammar. Is it perhaps someone's concoction? If we're all on the same page with subverting an entire language over hypothetical genders then great. I would say quit the nonsense and keep the possibility for proper communication intact.

¿Latinos? ¿Hispanos?

Puerto Rico was never part of Latin America. That is a lie or False News. Puerto Rico was a Colony of Spain then a territorial possesion of the United States in the Caribbean.

A Region cannot be defined by Language because Language is Fluid and it can be spoken all over the World like Englush Spoken in England, North America, Central America, South America, Caribbean, Hawaii and Australia, New Zealand.

Cuba was more aligned with the Communist/Socialist Soviet Union and really did'nt have anything to do with Latin America except bring death and destruction with guerrilla war fare and division in many countries in Central and South America. Venezuela, Nicaragua, Colombia are just a few Countries in Latin America that were negatively impacted by Cuba Communist Socialist ideology.

Dominican Republic shares an Island with Haiti and this is why all these Countries are in their own Region of the Caribbean and not Latin America. The big lie is these 3 Caribbean Countries are part of Latin America which is incorrect and a big Lie.

If You live in Argentina and you go on Vacation to Puerto Rico you are headed to the Caribbean Region and Factually a United States Territory which was never part of Latin America.

The same Woke Weirdis who invented that Puerto Rico, Cuba, And Dominican Republic/Haiti are part of Latin America are the same people who created LatinX 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Another Delusional way to allow people to identify as Non Binary even though you can only be born Male or Female. XY or XX which reveals a Man and Women.

Seven people have died after a passenger boat capsized near northern Cyprus.

Search and rescue operations are under way to find 23 people missing, said Ünal Üstel, prime minister of the self-declared Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

He says 267 people were on board the vessel when it capsized, and 237 have been rescued.

Ukrainians in Russian-occupied areas told to be ready to fight for Russia – BBC News

Published

on

Ukraine’s progress against Russian forces in its southern regions of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia has been far more limited than its successes in the north-east.

Both sides come under regular fire as they rely heavily on artillery to push forward.

The crackdown on people who do not support Russian rule in occupied areas is rising, with soldiers going door-to-door to check on who lives in each house and whether they could be drafted into fighting for Russia.

Govt will apply “extreme caution” to easing lockdown – BBC News

Published

on

The government has said it will exercise “extreme caution” over lifting the lockdown. Ministers stress it will be a gradual process, not a single leap to freedom. It comes as the Prime Minister prepares to address the nation, to set out the next phase in tackling the coronavirus pandemic.

Meanwhile major airlines have called for clarity after being told that the government will bring in a 14-day quarantine for anyone arriving in the UK, from any country apart from the Republic of Ireland.

The transport secretary Grant Shapps has called on people to walk and cycle to work, once the lockdown restrictions are eased in England. He said it was a “once-in-a-generation opportunity” to transform the way people get around.

Senior clerics are urging the government to act cautiously before allowing places of worship to reopen. All churches, mosques, synagogues and temples closed their doors almost two months ago.

Reeta Chakrabarti presents BBC News reports from Political Correspondent Ben Wright, Environment Correspondent Justin Rowlatt and Religion Editor Martin Bashir.
