After being inspired by the amazing spices of the Kerala region of India, he’s decided to whip up a spicy Scrambled Egg Roti. Where is Ginger Garlic paste that is the prime ingredient because it removes any raw type smell and taste of eggs…. Coconut milk is never used in a scrambled egg nobody in any state adds it. Not even in Kerala where coconut is predominantly used in their dishes. Green onions are good but unnecessary in this dish because you are not making fried rice with egg. With roti, it just doesn’t taste right

That food would smell smoky, spicy, and very raw taste. The coconut milk, the onions he added at the end for garnish is under cooked. He still needs to master Indian cooking.
