Most time consuming is not about "cooking" but to prepare the ingredients… please count the preparation time in as well.. You need at least 5 mins to get the water boiling and another 10 mins to get spaghetti cooked.

-pork cheek (no bacon but it could pass)
– roman pecorino cheese(sheep cheese) or parmesan alternatively
