Yesterday the European Parliament voted to officially approve the Withdrawal Agreement. This means that the UK can officially leave the EU tomorrow (January 31) and progress with the Brexit process. However, it’s worth looking closer at the debate and taking a look at what the EU had to say about the WA. That’s because during the debate EU Commission President, Ursula von der Leyen, made her objectives for Brexit very clear.

Farage rather ruined that… He doesn't even acknowledge the posibility of returning or the fact that the younger population overwhelmingly voted to remain.

His gloating was also quite childish. Very un-British. I'm not too suprised though.

The European Union has turned into a mini United Nations that dictates to each country what they can and cannot do even to the point they can kill your economy in so many ways. People that think this whole EU thing is good need to go back in history and see what it was meant to be. EU wanting their own army one has to be off their rocker to think this is good, it sounds like the United Nations mafia dictating what a country can and cannot do. The UN can be likened to hydra it literally has octopus tentacles into so many facets of our lives and governments at every level imaginable with this feel good one world government where the dictators sit at the top. The UN dictate how many refugees a country will take and so does the EU, it is not about how many a country can sustain, want or need or if they will fit into their culture and society. This is about dictators sitting like fat cats on their shiny bottoms on huge pays sucking each and every country dry for what the privileged to be dictators who tell country leaders how they will lead their own countries. Go away EU and the UN both should be abolished. It costs our nations big money to be part of the EU and also part of the UN for what? So they can blackmail our leaders with sanctions and you name it. Imagine the WHO who is currently running the show on this Corona thing announcing certain countries had certain outbreaks when this was not true.

Thank god the confusion is finally over and I don't have to go back to high school sociology/geography classes. Growing up outside EU and outside UK, no teacher ever told us UK was part of a higher government than the Queen's own government. I never knew that UK was part of EU until Brexit became a thing.
