how can dortmund always find a young gem? there was no rumours about this guy among PL teams (idk maybe it's just me who didnt know this guy when he was in birmingham because i'm from asia and the football news here are only about big names) and suddenly dortmund came and make him a young promising star

This is why he’s doing well, his head is screwed on, and he has the right attitude, superb for a seventeen year old.
Mount and James at Chelsea are also impressive young men.
All come from good families and have their fathers in their lives.
