You can also adapt this by adding chia seeds, flax seeds, 2 mashed bananas, one egg, half a cup of buckwheat, and coconut milk instead of the regular milk and cream, bake for the same and you've got great oatmeal snack bars.

I made this and damn it is good (I made it with dairy-free products but it was still amazing)
