  40. @endiquim

    January 1, 2024 at 5:37 pm

    Very nice.

  41. @makitajazzqueen7794

    January 1, 2024 at 5:37 pm

These look amazing and delicious, thanks! I love all the tips and little bits of info he gives as well 🙂 However, for veganuary we'd like to see some actual vegan recipes, not just salads… We do eat more than just salads, there is SO much he could be cooking, so many delicious dishes 🙂

Apart from this, a professional chef such as him should know the ingredients he works with, and should know honey isn't vegan… It was quite disappointing to see that even his so called 'vegan' video wasn't even vegan 🙁

I think there's potential in this, so keep working hard for more diversity in your cooking!

PS: The final shot of the animal meat being sliced is downright distasteful and has no place in a vegan video.

  42. @elken4289

    January 1, 2024 at 5:37 pm

Too many close up shots in the last two recepies. Since we want to try it out ourselves we have to see what the chef does, not so much what happens to the dish. Like this we loose sight quickly.

  43. @CashHandler7

    January 1, 2024 at 5:37 pm

Bae we add honey how come that is a vegan ?

  44. @meocats

    January 1, 2024 at 5:37 pm

This is more than just vegan its raw vegan, aside from the honey which is not vegan at all

  45. @pkkp37

    January 1, 2024 at 5:37 pm

    MORE VE-GAN cooking shows please.
(No double 'e' in the word Ve-gan).
    Thank you Mr Ramsay.🌞🥑🥕🌽🌶🥒🥦🍄

  46. @peterrocc3840

    January 1, 2024 at 5:37 pm

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Romans 10:13)
Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. (Matthew 7:13-14)
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:23)

  47. @crosswordboss

    January 1, 2024 at 5:37 pm

Then add HONEY to your Vegan dish…

  48. @thecatfarm

    January 1, 2024 at 5:37 pm

I can’t even believe that you’ve changed your view on vegetarian foods, Gordon! You used to be such a hater. i love it.

  49. @notrandom2

    January 1, 2024 at 5:37 pm

I don't understand the logic of a vegan. Is it "the larger the animal, the more important it is" ? Because 67 MILLION Birds (not counting the animals on the ground) die from pesticide use every year. 672 million are exposed to pesticides. Compared to Cattle slaughtered per year… anyone want to guess? 2.8 Million.

SO MANY CREATURES HAVE TO DIE FOR AGRICULTURE TO BE SUCCESSFUL. Get off your high horse. You are no martyr. As long as you take advantage of commerce, you're a piece of ** like the rest of us.

All SEASON 4 Episodes! | Kitchen Nightmares UK

Published

Season 4, Episode 1

Gordon Ramsay is sharpening his knives – and his tongue – for another assault on some of the country’s scariest restaurant kitchens. Gordon takes on a restaurant abroad. La Parra de Burriana is an ex-pat restaurant in Nerja on Spain’s Costa del Sol. Nestling among the cafes lining the seafront offering all-day English breakfast and chips, La Parra is the brainchild of 26-year-old ex-nightclub manager Laurence.

Season 4, Episode 2

Gordon tackles a pub for the first time, getting to grips with The Fenwick Arms in rural Lancashire. The pub is run by landlord Brian who, after 30 years in the business and a quadruple heart-bypass, still puts in 120 hours a week and insists on laying down the law in the kitchen. Despite their best endeavours Brian and his partner Elaine are £250,000 in debt, and are losing £1,500 a week.

Season 4, Episode 3

For the last 18 months ex Michelin-starred chef Nick has owned and run Rococo but his past success is now eluding him. The menu is past its sell-by date, the service is stuffy, the food is over-priced and the only thing being fed is his ego. With debts of £100k, Gordon forces him to face his failures, strips down the menu and dismantles the claustrophobic dining room.

Season 4, Episode 4

For the last three years Morgan’s has been run by antiques dealer-turned-restaurateur Sandy and her daughters Helen and Laura. The beautifully-designed dining room has a prime high street location and should be the perfect eatery for the trendy local clientele, but head chef Phil is grappling with an eclectic menu that includes mashed potato with apricots, and his cooking’s just not up to it. Can Gordon help?
