What did I do without this for so long?2 pieces of French Toast at a time ?20 minutes for 10 pancakes ?NO MOREthis griddle is awesomeTook some time to season before first use https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxHM5jmQoi4dbb0hoWSBs9hPhSwXUbGVG_ did brunch and hibachi dinner on Mother’s Day and it worked like a charmSturdy, well built and heats up quick. burners2-4 were a little stubborn but then lit up.Great addition to my patio.Bought the cover and it’s great, also bought the accessories kit – scraper is good but the spatulas are flimsy to be honest that’s my only negative.

Rotisserie chicken hack for your oven, make a rope bag for the chicken and hang it from the top rack over potatoes your roasting Even if you don't have a convection oven the heat will be entirely indirect for the chicken and you can do your basting from the potato fry pan under it. I suggest spraying the inside of the oven with a water sprayer to add steam to the oven.

The guys really have to stop doing recipes in videos that Baz is in that involve pineapple knowing that he is very allergic to it 😂 either they’re doing it as a cruel joke because it gives them something to poke fun at him for or they choose recipes with pineapple because they want to explore the versatility of the fruit 🤷🏼 as much as I do enjoy watching them make a laugh from an inside joke of Barry being allergic because it provides a source of humour but I do feel a bit sorry for Baz now cos he must be at the point where he feels like he’s being targeted because they keep using pineapple which renders him unable to partake in the eating of the dish so he doesn’t die 😂😂 I think I started feeling sorry for him in the Fish and Chips Pass It On when James started making a homemade ketchup that used pineapple to provide the sweetness so he didn’t have a chance to continue the sauce because he couldn’t taste it, and I think the worst thing about that whole segment is the fact that James literally references the fact that Barry is allergic to pineapple as he puts it in the pan so instantly handicapped him before even entering the kitchen, and then James continued being cruel by directing him to use salmon rather than a white fish which again he got grief for but then was subjected to watching James receive praise for the action he actually contributed with 😂😂

A homemade kebab is always going to be healthier (if only slightly) and have the love and care put into it but it will never be better than a nice greasy kebab at 3am after a heavy night on the town from a small restaurant served by a fed up and tired turkish man who calls you boss 😂😂

Don’t think anyone will find this on and old video but making an herb butter to stuff UNDER the skin is a great hack to make sure cooking imparts flavor to the meat while cooking. It also keeps the meat moist and provides fat for frying the skin. Also separating the skin is one of the steps to getting a wonderful crispy skin along with sprinkling salt, pepper, baking soda, and brushing with oil before baking
